Memorandum Masalah Lif Sentul Utama January 1, 2009

flat-sentul-utama dialog-3-badan-sentul-utama-13 dialog-3-badan-sentul-utama-12 dialog-3-badan-sentul-utama-11 dialog-3-badan-sentul-utama-10BADAN Bertindak Flet Sentul Utama, Persatuan Penduduk serta Management Commitee telah mengadakan penyerahan memorandum kepada Ahli Parlimen Batu bagi menyelesaikan masalah kerosakan lif yang semakin berlarutan. Penerangan secara langsung dari ketiga-tiga pihak kepada Tian Chua turut mengisi perjumpaan tersebut. Akhir sekali, Wakil Rakyat Batu menaiki tangga hingga ke tingkat teratas untuk meninjau sendiri kerja-kerja pembaikan lif di Blok 209. Menurut pihak Commitee Management, setiap lif mengambil masa lebih kurang 3 minggu untuk disiapkan. Tian juga amat berharap agar perjumpaan bersama semua penghuni blok 209 dapat diadakan sebaik sahaja lif beroperasi bagi memberi kesedaran perlunya penjagaan lif bagi kebaikan semua dan pembayaran yuran perkhidmatan tidak diabaikan. Beliau juga memberi jaminan akan membawa masalah lif di Sentul Utama ke pengetahuan pihak berkuasa seperti DBKL dan Timbalan Menteri Di Jabatan Perdana Menteri selain menyuarakan di Parlimen.

YB Tian, with respect to the lifts always breakdown at Sentul Utama, issues that needs to be addressed are:-
(a) Urge the govt to make sure flat owners (especially low cost flats)need to attend a class / educate the flat owners about the responsibilities of paying up the maintenance fees on time, collective responsibilities wrt using the facilities at the common properties – ie. avoid vandalism
(b) Govt to top up the same amount of money for maintenance fees ie. subsidy eg. if owner pay RM 35.00 monthly then govt need to pay another RM 35.00 also = Total RM 70.00. This is to ensure that enough fund is available to maintain the flats in good condition. This is the responsibility of the govt to its poor rakyat if not this problem will be on-going without end. Or as an alternative the govt should set up a special fund for each block of low cost flats based on the no of units its has eg. RM250/unit/year fpr the up keep of lifts, common facilities etc.
